Information and help desks
Information desks are located in all three Terminals.
Airport Facilities
Services include banks, bureaux de change, ATMs, bars, restaurants, shops, duty-free boutiques and hotel reservation services. Each Terminal offers a comprehensive range of facilities and all Terminals have facilities for internet access. However, there is also a free shuttle service linking the Terminals for passengers who require a service located at a different Terminal.
Disabled Facilities
The airport is physically accessible. When making a flight reservation notify the airline or travel agent of any special assistance request such as an escort service, inside Terminal passenger transport, support for checking-in, boarding and arriving at destination etc.
Business Facilities
All Terminals have facilities for internet access.
Car Rental
Avis, Budget, Hertz and Thrifty are based at all three Terminals.
Car Parking
There are approximately 10,000 parking spaces at the airport. Terminal 1 has an eight-level parking facility which sits on top of the Terminal. Terminals 2 and 3 also have car parking facilities. All car parks have direct access to the Terminals.
Driving Directions
Direct freeway access to the airport is provided by highways 409 and 427. Highways 400, 401, 403, 410, and the QEW provide access to the airport from various surrounding areas.
Public Transport & Taxis
The tariff for taxis and limousines to the airport is based on metered rates, available on request. The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), GO Transit, Mississauga Transit, and Airport Express provide bus services to the airport, with routes to Toronto and all surrounding areas.
