INFORMATION AND HELP DESKS:
There is one information desk (tel: 405 680 3317) in the baggage reclaim area on the first floor and one information desk in the Departures area on the second floor, just inside the main entrance to the terminal.

AIRPORT FACILITIES:
Money and communications: Two ATMs are located at each end of the ticket counter level; however, there is no bureau de change facility at the airport. Eating and drinking: The restaurant on Concourse B is open 0530-1945, whilst the restaurant on Concourse C is open 0600-2130. There are two snack bars/pizza stands, one of which is located on Concourse B and is open 0500-1945 and the other, on Concourse C is open 0500-2300. There are two further bars beyond passport control at gate C-4 and between gates B-1 and B-3, as well as two snack bars. Shopping: Two gift shops are located before the security checkpoints, one just before Concourse B open 0545-1945 and one just before Concourse C open 0545-2130. The newspaper stands are situated beyond passport control at gate C-4 and between gates B-1 and B-3. Other facilities: There is a nursery and a first aid service next to the travel agents which is open 0800-1800. Lounges are located on Concourse B open 0545-1945 and Concourse C open 0545-2130. The beauty shop (tel: 405 681 3639) is open 0800-1700. There is a shoeshine service in Arrivals, next to the car hire desks after baggage reclaim.

DISABLED FACILITIES:
Lifts, ramps and disabled toilets are all provided at the airport. There is a TDD telephone at the Traveler's Aid booth on the baggage reclaim level. AidCar (tel: 405 232 8020) provides non-emergency transport to the city centre and other destinations in Oklahoma State for wheelchair-bound and convalescent passengers; contact the company for rates and reservations. Pylat Transport Services (tel: 405 528 0018) provides transport to various locations in the region and has minibuses equipped with wheelchair lifts.

CONFERENCE AND BUSINESS FACILITIES:
The VIP room on the third floor holds 50-60 people. There are also three conference rooms; a small conference room on the third floor holds 10 people, a large conference room on the ticket counter level holds 50-60 people and a small conference room on the ticket counter level holds 14 people (tel: 405 680 3322). Kiosks located throughout the terminal provide fax, e-mail, copying and Internet services. The travel agents provides additional business services.

CAR HIRE:
National (tel: 405 685 7726), Hertz (tel: 800 654 3131), Avis (tel: 800 331 1212), Thrifty (tel: 405 681 4653), Budget (tel: 800 527 0700) and Dollar (tel: 405 681 0151) are all represented at the airport.

CAR PARKING:
Passenger pick-up and drop-off areas are located directly outside the entrances of the upper and lower levels; parking in these areas is limited to ten minutes and the driver must remain with the vehicle at all times. A multi-storey hourly car park is located close to the terminal; the lower level is situated opposite the baggage reclaim areas and the upper level is located opposite the ticket counter entrances. To the north of the hourly car park is the five-storey daily parking garage; there is a lift on each level to carry passengers to an underground travelator which connects to the terminal. Long-term parking is available on both the north and west sides of the five-storey garage; shuttle buses run between the car parks and the terminal every three to five minutes. DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From Oklahoma City or from the west, take I-40 to exit 145; exit to the south and follow Meridian Avenue to the airport. From the north, follow the I-35 south to I-44; take I-44 west for about 24km (15 miles) to exit 116B, Airport Road, then follow Airport Road west to Meridian Avenue; take the Meridian Avenue southbound exit and follow Meridian Avenue south for about 0.75km (1 mile) to the airport. From the south, follow I-35 north to I-240 west; follow I-240 west to I-44 (the I-240 merges with I-44 west of May Avenue); take exit 116B, Airport Road and take the left-hand exit; follow Airport Road west to Meridian Avenue, take the Meridian southbound exit and follow Meridian Avenue for 0.75km (1 mile) to the airport. From the southwest or northeast, follow I-44 to exit 116B, Airport Road exit; follow Airport Road west until Meridian Avenue, take the Meridian southbound exit and follow Meridian Avenue south for about 0.75km (1 mile) to the airport.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
Road: Taxi: Taxis are available by the Central Island of the lower level; rates are posted in the taxis. Bus: Jefferson Bus Company (tel: 405 235 6425) operates a bus service from the Union Bus Station in Oklahoma City to the airport at 1030, 1620 and 2215 Monday-Sunday. Public minibuses meet all scheduled flights arriving at the airport; to arrange to be collected from home, business or hotel, reservations must be made by telephone. A private minibus service operates to Duncan by Halliburton Travel (tel: 405 235 4011 in Oklahoma or 405 251 2060 in Duncan and ask for travel agency).
