Airport Facilities Facillities include ATMs and foreign currency exchange, translation and postal services. Shopping includes duty-free, and there is also an animal relief centre for pets.
Disabled Facilities Access facilities for travellers with disabilities are excellent and include lifts, accessible toilets, and text phones in several locations around the Lindbergh Terminal.
Business Facilities The airport business centre/teleTICKET offers a variety of business facilities, including conference rooms, photocopying, fax, computer and courier services. There are also self-service business centres, which include workstations and Touchnet kiosks for internet, email, fax and photocopying. All payphones have computer hook-ups. The Pierson M. Grieve conference centre can provide conference facilities for two to 100 people (tel: 612 794 4500) and four workstations with internet access.
Car Rental All major rental companies, including Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Hertz and National are represented.
Car Parking There are several car parks with direct access to the Terminals providing short-term, general, valet and discounted long-term parking facilities (by Econolot). There are also several privately owned, off-airport car parks. Free shuttle services operate between Terminals and parking facilities every 10-15 minutes, 24 hours a day. Disabled spaces are provided. Parking availability and information is available from the MSP Parking Information Line (tel: 612 826 7000).
Driving Directions Both Terminals, Lindbergh and Humphrey, are bordered by: Highway 62 (to the north), Interstate 494 (to the south), State Highway 77 (to the west) and State Highway 5 (to the east). Follow the exit signs on Interstate 494 and Highway 5 to reach the Terminals. Public Transport & Taxis Taxis are available at the cab starter booth (tel: 612 726 5877). City buses (Metro Transit; tel: 612 373 3333; web site: http://www.metrotransit.org) stop on the east side of the Lindbergh Terminal, providing transportation throughout the Minneapolis/St Paul area. Jefferson Bus Lines (tel: 612 726 5118) and other scheduled services connect to Greyhound services and all cities throughout the area.
