There are tourist information counters available at Arrivals and information desks at the airport are open around the clock.
Airport Facilities
Airport facilities include banks, a post office (open 0800-2300 daily), a 24 hour medical centre, a pharmacy, duty-free shopping, restaurants, bars and telephones. All banks at the airport provide foreign exchange services starting from the first departure flight up until the last arrival flight, daily. The banks are located in both the Arrivals and Departures halls.
Disabled Facilities
The airport is wheelchair-accessible and wheelchairs are available on request from airline ground staff. The airport is in the process of improving its facilities for visually-impaired passengers and passengers with hearing disabilities. Driving Directions
From Metro Manila, take the South Superhighway to the airport.
Public Transport & Taxis
An Airport Bus runs to Metro Manila in 45 minutes; the cheaper, very frequent Metrobus takes 60-90 minutes. Metro Manila Taxis (take a yellow metered taxi only) and limousines are available for a 15-minute journey to Metro Manila. To avoid being hassled organise your taxi at one of the taxi stands before you leave the airport and then go directly to the taxi desk outside the airport with your ticket. Complimentary hotel cars can be arranged at the airport's hotel reservations desks. Charter flights can be booked at the airport to other islands in the Philippines.
