Information and help desks
There are visitor information booths outside baggage claim. Interpreters provided by airlines in the customs clearance area and boarding areas for international flights can accommodate Dutch, German, Arabic, Spanish and French speaking passengers.

Airport Facilities
The airport has a bank in the passenger connector between concourses A and B, open 0800-1530 Monday-Friday; ATMs can be found throughout. There are post boxes, plenty of restaurants, cafés and snack bars throughout the concourses and main lobby, and shops for gifts (including an Elvis gift shop selling licensed Graceland apparel) and duty-free.

Disabled Facilities
Facilities for disabled passengers are excellent. There is a TTY information service for hearing-impaired passengers (TTY: 901 922 8720).

Business Facilities
International Business Services/Travelex in Ticket Lobby B provide fax and photocopying facilities, a notary and financial services. The Skyport Inn (tel: 901 345 3220) has three meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 50 people; catering can be provided. Radisson Hotel (tel: 901 332 2370) also has conference facilities.

Car Rental
Rental companies include Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Hertz, National and Thrifty.

Car Parking
Short and long-term parking are available at the multi-storey car park by the Terminal building. There are two satellite car parks, also with short and long-term parking, which have a free shuttle service to and from the airport. All car parks have disabled spaces available for drivers displaying disability ID.

Driving Directions
From Interstate 240, take the Airways exit south and, at the fork, take Plough Boulevard left - not Airways on the right. Plough Boulevard ends at the airport.

Public Transport & Taxis
Taxis are immediately available in front of the Terminal buildings. There are also shuttle bus services to out-of-town destinations. Many hotels and motels offer a complimentary shuttle service which can be ordered via telephones in baggage claim.
