Information and help desks
Information booths are located in Terminal 1 level 2 at the west end of the Esplanade; in Terminal 1 level 1 between north and south baggage claim; in Terminal 2 on the first level next to baggage claim; and in the rotunda arm of the D gate satellite concourse.
Airport Facilities
There is a full service Wells Fargo bank open 0900-1700 Monday-Thursday, 0900-1800 Friday. ATMs and foreign currency exchange booths are located throughout the airport. Facilities also include a first aid clinic, medical and fitness centres, post office and Airport Travel Service providing hotel, airline and car reservations as well as travel insurance (tel: 702 261 5889). Numerous restaurants and snack bars providing 24 hour eating facilities are available throughout the airport; shopping and slot machines are available in all Terminals.
Disabled Facilities
TDD phones for hearing-impaired people are provided in both Terminals.
Business Facilities
The Mutual of Omaha business centre is located in Terminal 1 and provides facilities for fax, photocopying, email and internet access and foreign currency exchange.
Car Rental
Car rental companies include Avis, Budget, Dollar and Hertz.
Car Parking
There are several car parks offering short and long-term facilities, valet parking and economy parking for those who travel frequently; two small car parks are available at Terminal 2. Remote parking facilities served by the free shuttle bus are available, although only during peak hours (for late night/early morning shuttle service, (tel: 702 261 5125).
Driving Directions
From Tropicana: turn south on Paradise Road, then follow the signs to Arrivals, Departures, Parking, Terminal 2, or Rent-A-Car Road. From Interstate 215 South: use the Sunset/McCarran Airport offramp, proceed through the tunnel, and follow the signs to Arrivals, Departures, Parking, Terminal 2, or Rent-A-Car Road. From Russell Road: drive west on Russell Road past Kelly Lane, and follow the signs to Arrivals, Departures, Parking, Terminal 2, or Rent-A-Car Road. Please note that if you need to get to Departures, Terminal 2 or Rent-A-Car Road, turn right before the freeway overpass. If you need to get to Arrivals or Parking, then follow the signs under the overpass, turn right, and stay in the left lanes.
Public Transport & Taxis
Taxis are located next to baggage claim. CAT and CAT Paratransit Services provide bus services to and from most areas in Clark County (for more information, tel: 702 CAT-RIDE). A free shuttle bus service is available between Terminals, departing every 12-15 minutes and a free bus is also available between the remote car park and Terminal 1, running every five to 15 minutes. Airport Shuttle provides door-to-door service to and from residences only and caters for disabled people (tel: 702 360 6160).
