Information and help desks
There is a Passenger Assistance Centre and tourist information desk in the main Terminal, level 3 (Arrivals), a Travellers Service Centre for VIP guests and more detailed assistance in the same place, and information desks throughout the airport. Information touch-screen systems are located in both Arrivals and Departures areas.

Airport Facilities
There are two full service banks, a bureau de change in satellite A (passenger level) and ATMs located in the main Terminal, Departures level 5. International telephones are available throughout the airport and there is a fax machine in the main Terminal, Arrivals level 3. There are two full medical clinics located at Arrivals, level 3, of the main Terminal and in the cargo area, and a health clinic and pharmacy on the Satellite A passenger level; showers and a gym are available in the Airside Transit Hotel. A post office can be found in the main Terminal, level 5. There are many shops including duty-free (mostly in Satellite A but with a good variety also in Departures, level 5) as well as restaurants, snack bars and cafés catering for all tastes. Most major airlines have dedicated lounges for their passengers. Onsite recreational facilities include a golf course and Formula One racetrack with go-kart and rally driving available.

Disabled Facilities
Facilities for disabled travellers include ramps, lifts, accessible toilets and telephones; please advise your airline of your needs in advance so that they can offer personalised assistance.

Business Facilities
There is a business centre in Satellite A (tel: 3 603 878 72323, fax: 3 603 878 72727) equipped with tele-conferencing facilities, fax, internet, postal, telegram and secretarial services. Conference rooms are not available. There are also business centres at the Airside Transit Hotel (tel: 3 603 878 74848, fax: 3 603 878 74747) and the on-site Pan Pacific Hotel (tel: 3 603 878 73333, fax: 3 603 878 75555) with facilities including fax, internet and workstation rental.

Car Rental
Rental companies including Avis, Budget, Hertz, National and Thrifty operate 24 hour desks at the airport's Arrivals concourse (main Terminal building, level 3).

Car Parking
There is an indoor short-term car park with disabled spaces on level 2, close to the link-bridges connecting the car park to the main Terminal, and an outdoor long-term car park (temporarily closed). A courtesy shuttle bus service operates to and from the airport Terminal, stopping at Arrivals and Departures at regular intervals (this service has been stopped whilst the long-term car park is closed).

Driving Directions
From Kuala Lumpur, take either the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), which is a toll road, or the KL-Seremban Highway, turning off at the Nilai North Interchange onto the North-South Expressway toll road or at the Nilai Interchange onto the Salak Tinggi Link for the airport.

Public Transport & Taxis
Taxis and pre-paid limousines are available directly outside Arrivals, level 3, of the main Terminal: pay for your limousine at the counters in Arrivals. Express and local buses run to Nilai, Kuala Lumpur (approximately one hour), USJ (a district within the Petaling Jaya municipality) and Subang from the bus station on the ground level of the car park, reached via the skyways from the mezzanine level of the main Terminal.
