Day Rooms Have a layover?
We offer special rates at over 200 airports for day stays between the hours of 0800 and 1900. All hotels offer full service amenities, services, and free transportation. All of our hotels offer either 1 or 2 beds - special family rates may also be available for your stay. In addition, many of our hotels offer business center services.
Information and help desks There are information desks in each terminal and flight information screens can be found throughout. A Tourist Information desk (tel: 21 550 7088) can be found in Terminal 2 (international terminal).
Airport Facilities Terminal 2 (international) has banks, foreign currency exchange facilities and ATMs, a post box, telephones and 24 hour telecommunications services including fax and telex: free local dialling is provided in the waiting lounges. There is a medical centre in the administration building's Angkasa Pura II offices. Terminal 2 also provides a pharmacy, open 0730-2200, and a good variety of restaurants, food outlets and shops including duty-free. Terminal 1 has banks, foreign currency exchange, a post office and medical centre in the arrivals hall, and a variety of food outlets and shops.
Disabled Facilities There is a lift for disabled passengers and wheelchairs can be provided on request.
Business Facilities There is a 24 hour telecommunications service available in Terminal 2 Departures and Arrivals (D and F) including telephones, fax and telex facilities.
Car Rental Rental companies include Avis.
Car Parking Short-term and overnight parking is available at both terminals.
Driving Directions The airport is a 30 minute drive from Jakarta, more in the rush hour.
Public Transport & Taxis Taxis can be booked at counters in the Arrivals areas and main halls of the Terminals; the journey is around 45 minutes and road tolls may be added to your fare. The hour-long DAMRI shuttle bus route is as follows: Kemayoran - Gambir - Rawamangun - Blok M/ Kebayoran Baru and Bekasi. Buses also leave every 30 minutes for Kilideres Station, a 30 minute journey.
