All of our hotels offer either 1 or 2 beds - special family rates may also be available for your stay. In addition, many of our hotels offer business center services.
Airport Facilities There are numerous bars, restaurants, gift and book shops, a golf shop, cash machines, a lounge and a video games arcade.
Disabled Facilities Passengers should contact the airline and the airport will then arrange assistance. Wheelchairs are available.
Business Facilities There is a Business Center at the airport with individual kiosks, each providing modem use and a telephone. Fax and photocopying facilities are currently being installed and should be available by December 2000. There is a small conference room for a maximum of 5 people.
Car Rental Car hire companies represented include Avis, Budget, Dollar, Hertz and National. These are located on the lower level of the Terminal building next to the baggage reclaim area.
Car Parking The airport has a passenger pick-up area, a daily parking area, 3 long term economy parking areas and a garage. Apart from the garage, which is located next to the terminal, al car parks are served by a free 24 hour shuttle bus to and from the terminal. All parking areas accept Mastercard and Visa.
Public Transport & Taxis All services depart from the lower level of the terminal building next to the baggagae reclaim area. Gator City Taxis (tel: 904 741 0008) is the official taxi company serving Jacksonville Airport. SuperShuttle (tel: 1-800-BLUE VAN (258-3826) is a minibus service which will take passengers anywhere in Florida or Southeast Georgia. One way fare to Jacksonville is about $10. Passengers wishing to use this service should go to the SuperShuttle booth in section #5 of the middle curb outside the baggage reclaim area.
