Information and help desks
Airport Welcome Centres are located in Terminal A (tel: 860 627 3590) and Terminal B (tel: 860 627 3940). Visitor information booths are located in both Terminals.

Airport Facilities
Facilities include restaurants, snack bars, cocktail lounges, gift and news shops, internet kiosks, a duty-free shop and State Tourism Welcome Centres.

Disabled Facilities
The airport is fully physically accessible. Eight TDD/TTY phones for the speech and hearing impaired are located throughout the airport in the lobby, two concourses, and bag claim area of Terminal B, as well as in the IAB concourse area.

Business Facilities
A business centre is available by the entrance to the Sheraton Hotel between Terminals A and B (tel: 860 623 5381). Facilities include a photocopier, fax machine, computer workstations, Federal Express, Express Mail and UPS pick-up boxes as well as overhead and slide projectors. The equipment can be used on-site or projects can be dropped off for completion by staff.

Car Parking
There is both on and off-site parking. One short-term car park is located in front of Terminal B and five long-term car parks are served by courtesy shuttle buses every 5-10 minutes. There are spaces for the disabled traveller in both the long and short-term car parks. Driving Directions
Take Interstate 91 north or south to Exit 40 and stay on the connector road straight into the airport. From New York/New Haven: take Interstate 95 North to Exit 48 (Interstate 91 North) or Route 15 North to Exit 17 (Interstate 91), then take Interstate 91 North to Exit 40 and follow the connector road to the airport. From Providence/New London: take Interstate 95 South to Exit 69 (Route 9 North), follow Route 9 North to Interstate 91 and take Interstate 91 North to Exit 40 and follow connector to airport. From Brattleboro/Springfield: take Interstate 91 South to Exit 40 and follow connector to airport. From Boston/Worcester: take Interstate 90 West to Exit 9 (Interstate 84), proceed on Interstate 84 West to Exit 61 (Interstate 291 West), take Interstate 291 West to Exit 2B (Interstate 91 North), then take Interstate 91 North to Exit 40 and follow connector to airport. From Danbury/Waterbury: take Interstate 84 East to Exit 51 (Interstate 91 North), take Interstate 91 North to Exit 40 and follow connector to airport.
