Day Rooms Have a layover?
We offer special rates at over 200 airports for day stays between the hours of 0800 and 1900. All hotels offer full service amenities, services, and free transportation. All of our hotels offer either 1 or 2 beds - special family rates may also be available for your stay. In addition, many of our hotels offer business center services.
Information and help desks Information desks are located in the Arrivals and transit halls, and there is a tourist information desk in the international Arrivals hall. Copenhagen is a silent airport with no flight announcements so there are information screens throughout the Terminals.
Airport Facilities Branches of Den Danske Bank (Terminal 2) and Unibank (Terminals 2 and 3) offer exchange services 0930-1600 daily. ATMs can be found in Terminals 1 and 3. There is a transfer hotel with shower and sauna facilities in the Terminal 2 basement; a postbox is by its entrance. A new play area for children has just opened, the airport has plenty of restaurants, and shopping includes duty-free. First aid services are available 24 hours a day.
Disabled Facilities The airport is physically accessible throughout and wheelchair accessible toilets are provided. Passengers with disabilities are requested to inform their airline in advance of their needs.
Business Facilities The airport has a new business centre in Terminal 3 level 4 with workstation facilities, audiovisual equipment, 23 meeting rooms and a conference room for up to 50 delegates (tel: 32 48 30 00; fax: 32 48 30 01; email: cph.business@ssp.dk). Various airlines also provide business facilities in their executive lounges.
Car Rental Rental companies include Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz and Sixt.
Car Parking The airport has a variety of car parks, mostly covered, and there is a free transit bus between the domestic and international Terminals and car parks. P1 and P2 give good access to Terminal 1, P4 and P5 to Terminal 2, P6 and P7 to Terminal 3. P9 is an economy open car park located further away from the Terminals. All car parks have disabled spaces.
Driving Directions The airport can be accessed from the E20 highway.
Public Transport & Taxis Taxis are readily available from ranks at Terminal 3 east and Terminal 1 halls 3 and 6. There are three direct S-train services hourly to Central Station and to Hellerup, Østerport, Nørreport, Glostrup and Høje Tåstrup stations. Buses 9, 250S and 500S run from the airport to the city centre and beyond until midnight daily. Night bus 96N runs from Terminal 3 to Rådhuspladsen from midnight onwards.
