Skycap check-in is located at the north and south entrance areas and also on the baggage claim level. ATMs are located on the ticketing level.
Disabled Facilities The airport is physically accessible and fitted with ramps, elevators with braille and well signposted TDD phones throughout the Terminal. There is a wheelchair service.
Business Facilities The business centre is located at the entrance to concourse C, open Monday-Friday 0730-1700 and Saturday 1000-1500. From Wheeling: take Interstate 70 west to Interstate 270 north, follow Interstate 270 to exit 35. From Indianapolis: take Interstate 70 east to Interstate 71 north, follow Interstate 71 to Interstate 670 east and take Interstate 670 to exit 9. From Cincinnatti: take Interstate 71 north to Interstate 270 east, follow Interstate 270 to exit 35.
