Day Rooms Have a layover?
We offer special rates at over 200 airports for day stays between the hours of 0800 and 1900. All hotels offer full service amenities, services, and free transportation. All of our hotels offer either 1 or 2 beds - special family rates may also be available for your stay. In addition, many of our hotels offer business center services.
Information and help desks An information desk is centrally located in Terminal A. Courtesy phones are situated in each gate area and in other areas of the Terminal.
Airport Facilities Facilities include ATMs, snack shops, lost property, gift shops, a shoeshine service and a barber shop.
Disabled Facilities Services for the disabled include TDD phones located at gates A1, A6, B3 and the Terminal B lobby. Since all aircraft are boarded via stairs, lifts are available.
Business Facilities There are two conference rooms available to the public on a prearranged basis; reservations can be made Monday-Friday 0800-1700 (tel: 818 840 8833). The Glendale Room accommodates 12-15 people and the Skyroom 195 people in assembly seating. Both are rented by the hour or in three hour blocks.
Car Rental Car rental desks are located in Terminal B baggage claim. Alamo (tel: 1 800 327 9633 toll free), Avis, Budget (tel: 1 800 527 0700 toll free), Hertz and National (tel: 1 800 227 7368 toll free) are all on-site. Dollar (tel: 1 800 421 6868 toll free), Enterprise and Thrifty are all located off the airport site and can be reached by shuttle vans which run on a semi-scheduled basis and are available via courtesy phones located in both baggage claim areas.
Car Parking Short-term parking is available at a four-storey car park across the airport entry road in front of the main Terminal. Long-term parking is available at economy car parks A, B and C and there is a free shuttle between the economy car parks and the Terminal building. Driving Directions The airport is the closest airport to Hollywood and central Los Angeles. Visit the airport's website at (http://www.burbankairport.com/next/location/index.html) for an excellent form which allows you to input your starting location and receive exact driving directions to the airport.
Public Transport & Taxis Rail: the local commuter trains, Metrolink, and Amtrak both pick up at the airport station. An airport tram shuttles passengers the short distance to the station. Taxi Cabs (City Cab, Yellow, and Checker) and Shuttle Vans (Super Shuttle, Primetime, Xpress, Glendale Airport Van, Dani's Shuttle, Roadrunner, and Valencia Shuttle) are also available from the airport.
