Information and help desks
Tourist information and a travel agent's desk (tel: 2 720 51 61) are available in the Arrivals hall.

Airport Facilities
Facilities include a bank and post office in the Arrivals hall, open Mon-Fri 0800-1900, bureaux de change throughout and ATMs in the Arrivals hall and promenade. There are medical facilities, bars, restaurants and a wide variety of shops including duty-free. Faxes are available around the Terminal. Data ports are also available for laptop use or travellers can use ready installed PCs. Mobile phones can be rented from Locaphone in the Arrivals hall.

Disabled Facilities
The airport has accessible toilets for disabled travellers.

Business Facilities
The Skyport Corporate Meeting Centre (tel: 02 714 0200; fax: 02 714 0201) is located on the fourth-floor mezzanine level, and offers ten small meeting rooms and secretarial services. Skycorp Forum (tel: 02 714 0200) in the Arrivals hall provides facilities for telecommunications, secretarial and other services. 3C, in the Satellite, has ready-to-use PCs. Mobile phones can be rented from Locaphone in the Arrivals Hall.

Car Rental
Rental companies include Alamo, Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, National and Sixt.

Car Parking
There are two car parks with direct access to the Terminals, and two long term car parks: Airport Parc International, next to the Terminals, and Car Hotel, which provides a shuttle service every ten minutes transporting passengers to and from the Terminal, but where spaces must be reserved 48 hours in advance (tel: 2 753 53 53).

Driving Directions
The airport is easily accessible from the Brussels inner or outer Ring Road (follow the signs for Airport or Zaventem).

Public Transport & Taxis
Metered taxis are available outside the Arrivals Hall - take a licensed cab with a yellow and blue emblem. The railway station can be found on level 1 below the Terminal. Airport City Express trains to the city (journey time 15 minutes) depart every 15 minutes to Brussels' three main stations: Gare Centrale, Gare du Nord and Gare du Midi. Direct trains are also availble to Gent in the north west and De Panne on the north coast, or Quievrain/Quevy in the south west. Scheduled coaches run to European cities including Antwerp, Eindhoven, Liege, Rotterdam and Valenciennes from the bus station on Level 0, below the Arrivals hall. De Lijn buses (tel: 2 526 28 28) run every 45 minutes to the city centre on a route that has plenty of suburban stops (journey time 40 minutes).
